When I started I weighed 289.4 lbs at 34 years old. The first month I lost 22.2 lbs, my eating habits changed and I no longer desired the greasy, fatty, sugary foods I once loved. When I started this I completely dropped any and all soda....didn't even drink diet! I exercised only 3-4 times a week for about 30 minutes. As of the 1st of November I had lost 64.2 lbs. and now weighed 225.2 lbs!

I took 2 months off due to Thanksgiving, Birthday, Christmas because of all the eating out/parties/etc. I only added a few of the "bad" foods to my diet and wasn't able to eat as often as 6 times a day (I now see that skipping a meal is not a good thing....it actually harms you. If your body knows food is coming every 2-3 hours then it doesn't store up not knowing when the next time you will eat. So eating 6 times a day is crucial) So I did only the maintenance plan for November and December. I gained 7.4 lbs during those two months and have started again and have started losing again.  I now weigh 228.6.  I am starting it strong again and know I will succeed!”
